Agreement to Terms

ezrecipecard.com provides a web-based platform for creating, storing, and managing recipe cards. The Service allows you to save recipe data including titles, ingredients, instructions, and other related content.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new users. During the free trial, you will have access to all features of the Service at no cost. The duration of the free trial will be specified at the time of registration.

Paid Subscriptions

After your free trial ends, you may choose to subscribe to our Service on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Subscription Pricing

Current subscription pricing will be displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Billing Cycle

• Monthly Subscription : You will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date
• Annual Subscription : You will be billed annually on the anniversary of your subscription start date

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payment transactions. When you provide payment information:

• Your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers
• Stripe's processing is subject to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• You authorize Stripe to store and process your payment information for recurring charges
• We receive only limited information necessary to manage your subscription (such as the last four digits of your card and expiration date)

By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize them to charge your payment method according to your subscription plan.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled
• You will be responsible for updating your payment information to maintain service

Cancellation and Refunds

Effect of Cancellation

• When you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods

User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create and store on our Service. You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code or harmful software
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

Content Removal

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ezrecipecard.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or recipe data

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

Account Deletion

To delete your account, you must email us at support@ezrecipecard.com to request that your account be deleted. We will process your request in accordance with our data retention practices described below.

Data After Termination

When your account is terminated or you delete your account:

• Immediate Effect : You will immediately lose access to your account and all recipe data
• Grace Period : Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination to allow for potential account recovery or data export requests
• Permanent Deletion : After 30 days, all your personal information and recipe data will be permanently deleted from our active systems
• Backup Systems : Data may persist in our backup systems for up to an additional 90 days as part of our standard backup retention practices, after which it will be permanently removed
• Legal Retention : We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as preventing fraud or resolving disputes)

Before terminating your account , we strongly recommend that you export or save any recipe data you wish to keep, as we cannot recover data after the 30-day grace period has passed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email to the address associated with your account (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution
